We are looking for a highly motivated and dedicated individual with a passion for leadership and a commitment to delivering high-quality care. As a Community Health Nurse Leader, you will play a key role in guiding and supporting your colleagues to deliver exceptional patient care.

You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team, consisting of Registered Nurses, Healthcare Assistants, Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, Advanced Clinical Practitioners, Discharge Coordinators, and Ward Clerks, as well as Housekeeping Staff.

The salary for this position is approximately £45,000-£55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
