Safety Culture Leader

Austin Fraser is seeking a dedicated Safety Culture Leader to join our client's manufacturing site near Buxton, Derbyshire. This rewarding role offers a competitive salary of £55,000-£70,000 per annum.
About the Opportunity:The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing and implementing contractor health and safety procedures, identifying areas where training/certification is required to meet standards imposed by legislation, Codes of Practice, or HSE guidance, and arranging such training/certification as needed.
Key Skills:- Leadership Skills: Ability to lead the team in promoting, educating, and ensuring compliance with Health, Safety, and Environment across the company.
- Communication Skills: Ability to build relationships at all levels of the organisation and communicate effectively with all employees on the behaviours and actions necessary for a strong safety culture within the organisation.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify and resolve safety-related issues in a timely and effective manner.
