Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and motivated individual to join our team as a Seasonal Activity Team Member at YHA Ravenstor in the Peak District.

About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to deliver LOTC accredited activities to residential and non-residential groups, providing life-changing experiences for young people.

As a Seasonal Activity Team Member, you will work alongside our experienced team to deliver a range of onsite activities, including outdoor pursuits and team-building exercises.

You will be responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of participants, while also promoting a fun and engaging environment.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with young people and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

In return, we offer a competitive salary of £25,000 - £28,000 per annum, depending on experience.
