Public Health Care Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our team at Cavendish Hospital, providing high-quality care to patients requiring rehabilitation, complex discharge planning or end-of-life care. Our 10-bedded ward, Fenton Ward, offers an IV day service for community patients needing intravenous therapy and blood transfusions.
This is a fantastic opportunity for both experienced and newly qualified nurses to add value to our team. We offer a supportive environment where you can develop your skills and knowledge in a dynamic setting.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work weekends and bank holidays. You should also be aware of the Public Health Agenda and have evidence of research-based/reflective practice.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, plan, implement and evaluate individualised patient care in the most efficient and clinically effective way.
- Provide advice and support to junior staff in delivering high-quality care and actively contribute to the management of the healthcare environment.

Person Specification:
- RGN qualification.
- Evidence of recent training.

Estimated Salary: £32,000 - £43,041 per annum (dependent on experience).
