About the Role
">As a Community CAMHS Mental Health Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting young people with moderate to severe mental health disorders. You will be responsible for managing a caseload of complex cases, conducting routine assessments, and developing collaborative care and risk management plans. Your expertise will help us deliver high-quality services that make a real difference in our patients' lives.
Your Key Responsibilities
You will work closely with a multi-disciplinary team to provide first-level therapeutic interventions, screen for neurodevelopmental issues, and make appropriate internal referrals as needed. We offer a wide range of structured interventions, including CBT, systemic family therapy, DBT, IPT, and Positive Behaviour Support. You will have opportunities to develop your skills further through internal and external training programs.
