Job Description
The Salvation Army UK and Ireland Territory is seeking a Resident Activity Lead to join our team and develop and deliver engaging activities and programmes for residents. As a Resident Activity Lead, you will be responsible for coordinating the delivery of activities, working closely with care staff to understand the needs and abilities of residents, and adapting activities accordingly.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate the delivery of activities, including planning, organisation, promotion, and resource allocation.
- Work closely with care staff to understand the needs and abilities of residents, and adapt activities accordingly.
- Develop and implement new ideas and initiatives to enhance the overall wellbeing of residents.

Requirements
- Proven experience in a similar role or related field, such as care work or activity coordination.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with residents, staff, and external partners.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to meet changing demands.

Salary and Benefits
- Salary of £26,000 - £31,000 per annum, depending on experience.
