About the Role

As a Senior Carer/Team Leader, you will play a crucial role in supporting residents to enjoy their lives to the fullest by ensuring they are occupied, stimulated, and engaged. You will work closely with care staff to develop and implement individualised activity plans that reflect each resident's life histories, interests, and preferences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support each resident to enjoy the highest possible quality of life in a Christian environment.
  • Motivate and guide care home staff in providing high-quality activity provision under the direction of the Head of Care.
  • Develop and deliver a weekly programme of meaningful activities that cater to residents' current abilities and interests.

A competitive salary of £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience, is available for this exciting opportunity.
