Youth Care Specialist with Trauma-Informed Approach

We require someone with a minimum of 12 months' experience in children's residential care, a Level 3 diploma in residential childcare, and a Full driving licence issued in the UK. They should also be passionate about outdoor and adventure activities and possess excellent communication skills.

About the Role
Responsibilities:
- Provide individualized care and support to each child.
- Work closely with other team members to ensure the needs of each child are met.
- Promote the physical, emotional, and psychological well-being of each child.
Requirements:
- Minimum 12 months' experience in children's residential care.
- Level 3 diploma in residential childcare or close to completion.
- Full driving licence issued in the UK.
- A keen interest in outdoor and adventure activities.
- Excellent communication skills.
