Children's Activity and Intervention Specialist

Our 365-day-per-year service requires a rota, which is given in advance.
Competitive Pay and Benefits:
£36,720 to £39,060 per annum
Enhanced rate for overtime and extra shifts
About the Role:
We are seeking nurturing and supportive individuals who can provide high levels of therapeutic care to our children. Our Buxton home offers immediate intervention and trauma-informed support in a peaceful environment. Over a 12-week placement, our young people receive security, support, and stabilisation. Every placement provides PACE principle residential care, access to education, and participation in outdoor activities.
Key Requirements:
• Experience in children's residential care (desirable)
• A Level 3 diploma in residential childcare (desirable)
• Full driving licence issued in the UK (essential)
• Right to work in the UK with no restrictions (essential)
• Values in line with Esland's, including a therapeutic approach to childcare (essential)
• Interest in outdoor and adventure activities (essential)
• Age 21 or above (essential)
