**Job Summary**

Adaptable Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Account Management Specialist to join our team. As a Key Account Administrator, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Act as a primary point of contact for designated clients and effectively handle inquiries and concerns via correspondence and communication.
  • Process and manage client claims in a timely and accurate manner, maintaining detailed records and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Provide cover for other teams as needed, ensuring seamless support and service delivery.
  • Update client information and send out revised schedules as necessary.
  • Respond to client inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory and compliance issues, maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and integrity.
  • As required, provide support on the Telephony team and e-communication team, handling inbound inquiries and emails in a courteous and efficient manner.
  • Subject to training, undertake other duties delegated by your Team Leader.
  • Keep your Team Leader informed of any unresolved issues.
