  • Administer donation funds in compliance with HMRC regulations
  • Allocate funding donations across various services within the organization
  • Support financial audit procedures
  • Track company expenditures in line with received funds
  • Supervise banking transactions
  • Prepare and review month-end controls
  • Manage debtors and overdue payments
  • Process purchase ledger and allocate expenses

Candidate Profile

  • Provide administrative assistance to the Accounting & Finance division
  • The successful Finance Administrator should possess:
  • Experience in a comparable accounting position
  • A degree in finance, accounting, or a related discipline
  • Strong understanding of financial regulations and accounting practices
  • Exceptional numerical and analytical abilities
  • Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office
  • Strong organizational and time-management capabilities
  • Meticulous attention to detail
