Job Title: Credit Control Administrator

Location: Liverpool / 3 days on site

Salary: £23,000 + bonus

Contract Type: Permanent

Role Overview

We are excited to present an opportunity for a Credit Control Administrator. This position focuses on overseeing the daily functions of the Credit Control department, emphasizing administrative responsibilities. The successful candidate will excel in a dynamic setting and demonstrate strong attention to detail, especially regarding numerical and grammatical accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Adhere to and refine credit control protocols as necessary.
  • Manage daily bank transactions and process refunds.
  • Conduct credit assessments and validate information from Account Managers.
  • Establish accounts on pertinent platforms.
  • Ensure Direct Debit agreements are established and maintain accurate system records.
  • Engage with clients and Account Managers regarding any Direct Debit cancellations.
  • Distribute manual credits on a weekly basis.
  • Handle ticket processing and allocation.
  • Coordinate quarterly data uploads from Creditsafe.
  • Complete Proof of Debt documentation.
  • Execute additional tasks as assigned.

Candidate Requirements

What We Are Looking For

  • Strong IT proficiency, particularly in Word, Excel, and MS Outlook (preferred).
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Solid understanding of credit control practices and methodologies.
  • Experience in a high-volume transactional environment or a willingness to learn.
