Position Overview: Our Finance Global Shared Service Centre is in search of an Accounts Receivable Manager to oversee the Global Accounts Receivable team for CSL Seqirus, CSL Behring & CSL Vifor. This pivotal role encompasses the management of debt recovery, customer payments, and resolution of disputes while enhancing operational efficiencies within the team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inspire, guide, and develop team members to achieve their best performance.
  • Oversee performance management and bolster team capabilities.
  • Address challenging collection disputes with professionalism.
  • Resolve escalated customer inquiries effectively.
  • Promote the standardization of Collection & Cash Application processes.
  • Conduct month-end financial reporting.
  • Collaborate with Commercial Operations to assess customer financial health.
  • Assist with various ad hoc projects as needed.

Qualifications: Candidates should possess a degree in accounting or finance, along with substantial experience in Accounts Receivable. Proven leadership skills are essential. Experience within the pharmaceutical sector and the ability to work collaboratively across teams will be highly regarded.
