Accounts Receivable Manager

CSL Seqirus is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accounts Receivable Manager to lead our Global Accounts Receivable team. As a key member of our Finance Global Shared Service Centre, you will be responsible for ensuring timely and effective collection of debt and allocation of customer payments.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and motivate a team of professionals to achieve exceptional results in accounts receivable, cash application, and collections.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve collection rates, reduce bad debt, and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Manage and resolve complex collection disputes and other collection escalations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive harmonization of collection and cash application practices across the CSL group.
- Drive efficiencies within the AR team to maximize performance and minimize costs.
- Prepare and present regular reports on team performance, debt outstanding, and bad debt provisions.
- Liaise with Commercial Operations to resolve customer queries and discuss customer financial health.
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related discipline; MBA or other advanced degree in a related field is preferred.
- Several years of experience in accounting and finance, including accounts receivable, cash applications, and collections.
- Proven supervisory or leadership experience, ideally in a global scientific/pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong analytical thinking, organizational agility, and ability to build and maintain sound relationships with multiple levels and cross-functionally.
