Job Title: Accounts Receivable Manager

CSL Seqirus is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accounts Receivable Manager to lead our Global Accounts Receivable team. As a key member of our Finance Global Shared Service Centre, you will be responsible for ensuring timely and effective collection of debt and allocation of customer payments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and motivate a team of professionals to achieve exceptional results in accounts receivable and cash application.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve collection rates, reduce bad debt, and enhance overall financial performance.
  • Manage complex collection disputes and other collection escalations, ensuring timely resolution and minimal impact on customer relationships.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Commercial Operations, to resolve customer queries and discuss customer financial health.
  • Drive harmonization of collection and cash application practices across the CSL group, ensuring consistency and best practices.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, finance teams, and audit partners.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related discipline; MBA or other advanced degree in a related field is preferred.
  • Several years of experience in accounting and finance, including accounts receivable, cash applications, and collections.
  • Proven supervisory or leadership experience, ideally in a global scientific/pharmaceutical industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make timely decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
