Job Summary

CSL Seqirus is seeking a highly skilled Accounts Receivable Analyst to join our Finance Global Shared Service Centre in Liverpool. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for performing Collection and Cash Application activities, running and reviewing reports, and providing customer support around payments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Run aging reports and review AR balances to identify areas for improvement.
  • Resolve non-payment issues with customers in a timely and professional manner.
  • Liaise with collection agencies and the CSL Sales and Customer Service Teams to resolve payment escalations.
  • Process write-offs once approved and apply cash to customer accounts according to remittance instructions.
  • Develop collections and customer queries root cause reports to identify opportunities to improve the process and drive customer satisfaction.
  • Support ad hoc requests and activities, such as queries from Finance and Customer Service teams, and participate in continuous improvement activities.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
  • Experience in accounting and finance, including Accounts Receivable, Cash Applications, and Collections.
  • Ability to build and maintain sound relationships and collaborate effectively with multiple levels and cross-functionally with E2E Finance.
