CSL Seqirus is seeking a highly skilled Accounts Receivable Manager to lead our Global Accounts Receivable team. As a key member of our Finance Global Shared Service Centre, you will be responsible for ensuring timely and effective collection of debt and allocation of customer payments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and motivate a team of professionals to achieve exceptional results in cash collections and customer service.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve cash application and collections processes, driving efficiency and reducing bad debt.
  • Manage complex collection disputes and other escalations, ensuring timely resolution and maintaining strong relationships with customers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive harmonization of collection and cash application practices across the CSL group.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to maximize team performance and achieve business objectives.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field; MBA or other advanced degree preferred.
  • Several years of experience in accounting and finance, including accounts receivable, cash applications, and collections.
  • Proven supervisory or leadership experience, ideally in a global scientific/pharmaceutical industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to think critically and make timely decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
