Accounts Receivable Specialist

CSL Seqirus is seeking a highly skilled Accounts Receivable Analyst to join our Finance Global Shared Service Centre in Liverpool. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for performing collection and cash application activities, running and reviewing reports, and providing customer support around payments.
Key Responsibilities:- Run aging reports and review AR balances to ensure timely payment from customers.
- Resolve non-payment issues with customers through effective communication and negotiation.
- Liaise with collection agencies to recover outstanding debts and maintain positive relationships with customers.
- Process write-offs once approved and maintain accurate records.
- Respond to ad hoc customer queries and provide timely resolutions.
- Develop collections and customer queries root cause reports to identify opportunities for process improvement and customer satisfaction.
- Apply cash to customer accounts according to remittance instructions and in line with policies and procedures.
- Research remittance errors and escalate as required to ensure accurate payment processing.
- Support ad hoc requests and activities from Finance, Customer Service teams, and Audit.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
- Experience in accounting and finance, including Accounts Receivable, Cash Applications, and Collections.
- Ability to build and maintain sound relationships with multiple levels and cross-functionally with E2E Finance.
