Job Title: Finance Administrator

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Finance Administrator to join our team at Venn Group. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for managing accounts payable and receivable, preparing and processing invoices, and maintaining accurate financial records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accounts Payable and Receivable Management: Manage and reconcile accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely and accurate payments and receipts.
  • Invoice Preparation and Processing: Prepare, process, and report invoices in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable and receivable, invoices, and bank transactions.
  • Ad-hoc Tasks: Perform various ad-hoc tasks, including filing, scanning, and preparation of audit requests.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Previous experience as an Accounts Assistant or in a similar role.
  • Accounting Software: Proficiency in accounting software packages and Microsoft packages.
  • Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Qualifications: Desirable working towards AAT or part-qualified.
