Job Title: Senior Finance System Administrator
Job Summary:
Lstmed is seeking an experienced Senior Finance System Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our Finance department, you will be responsible for maintaining and developing our finance system and associated software.
Key Responsibilities:
- System Maintenance: Undertake extensive and detailed troubleshooting and testing to investigate system issues, identifying solutions to minimize service disruption.
- Workload Coordination: Coordinate workload and issue prioritization within the team to reduce risk and provide an excellent customer service.
- Process Enhancement: Proactively identify opportunities to enhance financial processes through system improvements and automation.
- Feedback and Development: Create an established feedback process gathering and analyzing data to establish a development of work.
- User Experience: Foster excellent business relationships with colleagues, suppliers, and system users to enhance user experience.
- Training and Development: Work alongside the Finance Systems Manager to plan and deliver an accessible training schedule for the Lstmed group.
Requirements:
- Finance Systems Experience: Experience of working with finance systems, and knowledge of underpinning technical infrastructure of finance systems and how accounts are compiled would be beneficial for this position.
- Flexible Working: We offer flexible working arrangements, including a hybrid model with 2 days per week working on-site, with the option to work remotely with a minimum of 1 day per month on-site.
- Retention Bonus: A retention bonus is available for this position up to £2,500.
