About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Part Time Finance Manager to join our team at Page Personnel Finance. As a key member of our Accounting & Finance department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the financial integrity and strategic planning of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Management: Prepare month-end management accounts, reports, budgets, variance analysis, and financial statements and P&L.
  • Year-End Accounts: Produce year-end accounts and liaise with external auditors to ensure compliance and accuracy.
  • Financial Reporting: Present management information and company financials to the Board of Directors, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
  • Team Management: Manage and delegate duties to a small Administration team, including sickness, holiday, and appraisal meetings.
  • Office Administration: Ensure the smooth running of office administration and management duties, including operational support and effective communication between the Board and the wider team.
  • Contract Management: Prepare and execute administration files for staffing, suppliers, and clients, ensuring contracts are correct and up-to-date.
  • Payroll Management: Process payroll, amend changes to statutory payments, including sickness, maternity, and paternity pay (SSP, SPP, SMP).
Requirements
  • Experience: Proven experience as a manager, with the ability to deal with staffing situations, appraisals, 121s, and sickness.
  • Financial Management: Current and up-to-date experience with management accounts and financial accounts, including budget management and variance analysis.
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work to tight deadlines and communicate company needs to the wider business and stakeholders.
