Job Summary

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Finance Administrator to join our team at Page Personnel Finance. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Head of Finance and contributing to the smooth operation of our financial processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and manage banking transactions, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
  • Manage debtors and overdue payments, maintaining effective communication with clients and stakeholders.
  • Process purchase ledger entries, allocate costs, and maintain accurate records.
  • Process invoices, nominal coding, and match to delivery notes, ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
  • Raise sales invoices and chase debts, maintaining a high level of customer service.
Requirements
  • Experience in financial administration, including matching, coding, and processing of invoices.
  • Strong understanding of debits and credits, with the ability to maintain accurate financial records.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ideal candidate will have experience working in a not-for-profit organization, with a strong understanding of the sector's financial requirements.
