**Key Responsibilities**

  • Act as a primary point of contact for designated clients and effectively handle inquiries and concerns via correspondence and communication.
  • Process and manage client claims in a timely and accurate manner, maintaining detailed records and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Provide cover for other teams as needed, ensuring seamless support and service to our clients.
  • Update client information and send out revised schedules as necessary.
  • Respond to client inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory and compliance issues, maintaining the highest standards of service and support.
  • As required, provide cover on the Telephony team and e-communication team, ensuring that inbound inquiries and emails are handled efficiently and effectively.
  • Subject to training, undertake other duties delegated by your Team Leader.
  • Keep your Team Leader informed of any unresolved issues.

**Ideal Candidate**

  • Proven experience in customer service and account management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Accuracy and attention to detail in managing client information and correspondence.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a team environment.
