Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Key Account Administrator to join our team at Adaptable Recruitment. As a Key Account Administrator, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and ensuring the smooth operation of our account management processes.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Act as a primary point of contact for designated clients and effectively handle queries and concerns via correspondence and communication.
  • Process and manage claims in a timely and accurate manner, maintaining detailed records and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Provide cover for other claims and customer service teams as needed, ensuring seamless service delivery.
  • Update policyholder details and send out revised schedules as required.
  • Respond to client inquiries and concerns in a professional, courteous, and timely manner.
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory and compliance issues, maintaining the highest standards of service delivery.
  • As required, provide cover on the Telephony team and e-communication team, ensuring that inbound inquiries and emails are handled efficiently and effectively.
  • Undertake other duties delegated by your Team Leader, subject to training and development.
  • Keep your Team Leader informed of any unresolved issues or concerns.

Requirements:

  • Excellent experience in customer service, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service.
  • Excellent telephone manner and communication skills.
  • Accuracy and attention to detail when handling account emails and correspondence.
  • Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities, with a flexible approach to work.
