Rainbows Hospice for Children and Young People is seeking a highly skilled Events Coordinator to join our team. As an Events Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the Senior Events Officer to deliver fundraising and awareness-raising events. The successful candidate will have experience in planning and organizing events, with excellent organizational skills and a valid UK driving license. With a focus on maximizing income, participation, and engagement, this role is ideal for those passionate about making a difference.

About the Role

This full-time position (37.5 hours per week) based at our Lark Rise, Loughborough location offers a competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience. The role includes occasional evening and weekend work to support events. Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the Senior Events Officer in delivering fundraising and awareness-raising events

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Experience in planning and organizing events
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • A valid UK driving license
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
