Job Summary:
Join our team as a Supercar Experience Roadie and contribute to delivering exhilarating and unforgettable supercar experiences to our clients. We're searching for a dedicated individual with a passion for high-performance vehicles and a knack for ensuring seamless operations during our events. As a Supercar Experience Roadie, you'll play a pivotal role in setting up, managing, and tearing down our events, ensuring that every aspect runs smoothly.
**Responsibilities**:
- Event Setup: Assist in setting up our supercar experience venues, including arranging photography stations, tech equipment, signage, registration areas, and safety barriers to create an immersive and exciting atmosphere.
- Technical Support: Provide technical support for photography equipment, sound systems, and other tech gear during events, ensuring they are in optimal condition and ready for use.
- Safety and Security: Ensure the safety and security of staff and equipment at all times, following established safety protocols and procedures.
- Packing and Transportation: Pack lorries with event gear, ensuring proper organization and secure storage. This includes loading car transporters and lorries/vans with event equipment to ensure efficient transportation to and from event locations.
- Event Logistics: Coordinate logistics for event setup and teardown, including loading and unloading photography equipment and other tech gear, arranging transportation, and maintaining inventory of event supplies.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other event staff, including photographers, technicians, and support personnel, to ensure smooth operations throughout the event.
- Adaptability: Adapt to changing circumstances and event requirements, remaining flexible and proactive to ensure successful outcomes.
- Clean-up: Assist in the teardown and clean-up of event venues, ensuring that equipment is packed safely, and the venue is left in pristine condition.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in event setup, automotive industry, photography, or related fields preferred.
- Passion for high-performance vehicles and enthusiasm for contributing to memorable experiences.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively within a team.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail, with the capacity to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and remain calm under pressure.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record may be required.
**Education**:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Additional certifications or training in automotive technology, photography, or event management is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Freelance
Pay: £25,000.00-£29,000.00 per year
