As a Treatment Coordinator at the UK’s most stylish & high-end cosmetic dental clinic, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by effectively promoting our services and converting enquiries into satisfied patients. Leveraging your sales expertise and in-depth knowledge of cosmetic dentistry, you will engage with prospective patients, build strong relationships, and guide them through the decision-making process to achieve their aesthetic goals. **Responsibilities**:
- **Education and Advice**: Educate patients about the benefits of cosmetic dentistry, explain available treatment options, and provide guidance on the best course of action to achieve their desired results.
- **Building Relationships**: Cultivate strong relationships with prospective patients by demonstrating empathy, trustworthiness, and expertise, earning their confidence and fostering long-term loyalty to the clinic.
- **Treatment Coordination**: Collaborate with clinical staff and treatment coordinators to coordinate appointments, schedule procedures, and ensure a seamless patient experience from consultation to treatment completion.
- **Upselling and Cross-Selling**: Identify opportunities to upsell additional services or treatments that complement the patient's cosmetic dental plan, maximising revenue and enhancing the patient's overall experience.
- **Follow-Up and Relationship Management**: Maintain ongoing communication with patients throughout their treatment journey, providing updates, addressing concerns, and soliciting feedback to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- **Sales Pipeline Management**: Track and manage leads, enquiries, and sales opportunities using CRM software, maintaining accurate records and following up systematically to progress prospects through the sales funnel.
- **Market Research and Analysis**: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics, conducting market research and analysis to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
- **Performance Reporting**: Generate regular reports on sales activities, conversion rates, revenue projections, and other key performance indicators, providing insights and recommendations for optimising sales strategies and tactics.
Qualifications:
- **Sales Experience**: Proven success in a sales or business development role, preferably within the healthcare or cosmetic industry, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- **Cosmetic Dentistry Knowledge**: In-depth understanding of cosmetic dental procedures, techniques, and industry trends, with the ability to effectively communicate the value proposition to prospective patients.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear, concise manner and build rapport with diverse clientele.
- **Customer Focus**: Strong customer service orientation, with a passion for helping patients achieve their aesthetic goals and delivering exceptional patient experiences.
- **Results-Driven**: Motivated by challenge and driven by results, with a proactive mindset and a commitment to achieving and exceeding sales goals.
