We are looking for a strong and confident team member who will not shy from a challenge and who has a great can-do attitude The Logistics Coordinator is responsible for the logístical movements of staff and equipment for all of our events around the country.

You must have the ability to work two Saturdays a month.

We are looking for someone who can give us 30 hours work per week, how you spread it out each day is up to you We are proud to offer flexible working hours to fit around different peoples lifestyles.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Event Set up Staff - For each event we require a set up team to help put out equipment and set up everything needed for the event to start on time and fully equipped the next day. You will need to choose your team, communicate with them and arrange their transportation to and from the events around the country.
- Hotel management - you will be responsible to ensure all event staff are provided with a hotel room. It is down to you to communicate with the hotels at each of the event sites and ensure everything runs smoothly.
- Event staff transport. - Arrange transportation for event staff requiring it to and from the different event sites.
- HGV driver allocation - Communicate with our HGV drivers and allocate them the vehicles they will be driving, the routes they will be taking and the locations we will need them to go to and from.
- Event kit management - You will be responsible for keeping an accurate stock list for all event equipment. You will allocate the equipment to each event and know exactly where each item is at all times. You must also monitor and keep a thorough report on the quality of the equipment and any damage that takes place. This includes the movements of the portable toilets.
- Marquee management - To take care of the marquees and awnings that we send out for our events and also to book marquees and shelter for events where they are required
- Track/Circuit management - You will communicate with the various circuits that we run at, determining the time we are allowed on to the tracks and any requirements that the locations have for us to follow.
- Relevant administration - Thorough records and administrative work to keep track of all of the above.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Full-time

**Salary**: £18,000.00-£20,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 30 per week
