**Events Coordinator - Automotive Driving Events Industry**
We are thrilled to present an exceptional opportunity for an enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Events Coordinator in the fast-paced Automotive Driving Events Industry. Everyman Driving Experiences, the leading provider of driving experiences and events, is seeking a dedicated individual to contribute to our success. Located at the prestigious Prestwold Driving Centre near Loughborough, Leicestershire, our purpose-built race circuit sets the stage for unforgettable experiences.
As the Events Coordinator, you will play a crucial role within our team, ensuring the smooth execution of our events by leading and coordinating freelance staff. This position requires the ability to manage your workload effectively, inspire and motivate others, and meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs), aligning with our busy Events Calendar.
**Responsibilities**:
- Lead and coordinate freelance staff to ensure the successful execution of all events.
- Oversee the preparation and organization of event materials, ensuring timely delivery while meeting deadlines.
- Manage the scheduling, coordination, and communication with freelance staff to ensure adequate coverage for events.
- Conduct thorough inspections of Instructor and Hospitality staff invoices, verifying the accuracy of applied commissions.
- Attend events to provide on-site leadership and support, ensuring seamless execution and high levels of team performance.
- Foster a positive and collaborative team environment, promoting effective communication and teamwork.
- Meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) related to event execution, staff coordination, and customer satisfaction.
- Demonstrate flexibility in schedule, including weekend availability as required by event needs.

- Competent in prioritizing tasks and working independently with mínimal supervision.
- Detail-oriented with a process-oriented mindset to maintain accuracy.

- Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced events environment.
- Flexibility to work weekends and accommodate event schedules.
This is a full-time, permanent position with working hours from Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, including a 30-minute lunch break. The salary for this role is between £22,000.00 to £27,000.00 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
