Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Chief Operating Officer to lead our Divisional team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional leadership, ensuring the effective implementation of national and local strategies, and delivering service objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic leadership to the Division, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and achievement of performance objectives.
  • Work closely with the Clinical Director for Clinical Governance and the Deputy Director of Nursing to ensure effective operational management.
  • Build strong working relationships to ensure the Division provides a quality efficient service and delivers productivity improvements.
  • Hold overall responsibility for the operational management of the Division via direct line management of Divisional General Managers.
  • Lead on designated developments that cut across the organisation, integrating and streamlining services.
  • Possess the drive, motivation, and leadership for continual performance improvement within the clinical and managerial workforce.
Requirements
  • High-level operational and strategic business planning and leadership experience.
  • Ability to lead and manage a team of Divisional General Managers.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
