- We have an exciting opportunity for a customer and community focused individual who welcomes change and can drive forward and shape new ways of service delivery and performance management. This role will be working with front line operational services including Property Services, Grounds Maintenance and Parking in driving change, improving efficiency, and seeking opportunities to operate in a more commercial way.

As a Principal Officer, you should be qualified to degree level or have significant relatable experience. You will have a wide range of previous knowledge within Local Authorities including project and contract management as well as procurement experience. You will also have a proven track record of developing a strategy to electrify fleet.

Most importantly, you will embrace change, challenge accepted practice and should be used to operating at a strategic level as you will be working with senior stakeholders across the community.
