Beacon Communication Ltd work in the mobile communications sector acquiring and building sites for the Mobile Operators.

We require a Design and Dependency Coordinator to work within our design department in the fast-moving telecoms sector. You need to instruct and organise a variety of surveys and structural checks for the purpose of being able to progress CAD designs for our telecommunications upgrades.

You would be part of a busy end-to-end deployment company with offices throughout the UK, currently employing over 200 people.

This role would be based in our head office in Tavistock, with ample free car parking on site.

Our customers include a good number of UK mobile operators and tower infrastructure companies such as Three, EE and Cellnex.

**Key Role Responsibilities**
- Answer and direct phone calls.
- Organise and schedule works for the CAD/ Field engineers.
- Maintaining records and saving project information on correct folders /files.
- Data entry and maintaining project databases.
- Preparation of site-specific risk assessments and method statements.
- Negotiating and arranging access with individual site providers.
- Troubleshooting on the day issues.
- Raising permits on client portals.
- Receipt and collation of site/project handover documentation.
- Organise travel and accommodation for engineers and staff.
- Liaising with external suppliers
- Raising purchase orders

**Required Experience and Skills**
- Interested, enthusiastic and keen to learn with a strong and positive, hard-working attitude.
- Administration experience.
- Computer literate with strong Excel and data management skills.
- Strong communication skills.
- Some basic telecoms or construction knowledge would be desirable, but not a requirement.
- Role specific training will be provided.
- Driving Licence.
