Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Finance Operations Specialist to enhance our client's dedicated team. In this role, you will provide essential support to both the team and senior management, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to clients, donors, and partner charities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drafting correspondence, reports, and documentation for the Finance Manager and Board of Trustees.
  • Overseeing general office management tasks, including maintaining supplies and liaising with vendors.
  • Reconciling client accounts to ensure accuracy.
  • Assisting the Finance Manager during the annual audit process.
  • Handling incoming calls and taking messages as necessary.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in an office setting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
