Job Summary

Premier Equipment Ltd is a leading provider of agricultural, lawn and commercial grounds care equipment and services. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accommodation Services Team Leader to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the entire work order cycle process, ensuring seamless execution and timely completion.
  • Assign jobs and work areas to service department employees based on their skills and knowledge, maximizing productivity and efficiency.
  • Ensure all accounts payable invoices are properly posted to the correct work order, utilizing the purchase order system.
  • Sell service labor and parts, driving revenue growth and meeting budgets and goals.
  • Answer customer calls, assign and organize day-to-day workload within the service department, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Ensure all service warranty and product improvement programs are completed and submitted within the required timeframe to maximize credit.
  • Assist the service manager in controlling lost time, ensuring the corporate goal of 10% is met.
  • Schedule service department trucking as required and assist with inter-departmental tasks.
  • Advise the service manager of all customer complaints.
  • Provide performance feedback for service technicians and staff to the service manager.
  • Assist the service manager in all aspects of the service department.
Requirements
  • General understanding of mechanical and technical terms.
  • Ability to use standard desktop applications such as Microsoft Office and internet functions.
  • Participation in a Saturday rotation and on-call program may be required.
