About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic individual to join our team as a Peer Support Specialist. In this role, you will work closely with mentees to help them manage dependencies, access support, and achieve their employment goals.

About You:

  • Lived experience of substance misuse and recovery
  • Strong written, verbal, and IT skills
  • Ability to build relationships with empathy and a non-judgmental approach
  • Confidence working independently and as part of a team
  • Calm and collected under pressure
  • Ability to work with professional boundaries
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to work on own initiative
