We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Receptionist to join our team at Priory Hospital Cardiff.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work well under pressure and have a strong attention to detail. Previous experience in a reception or administration role is preferred but not essential. We offer a comprehensive induction program and training on IT systems including Microsoft Office.

The Receptionist will be responsible for providing administrative support to the hospital team, managing incoming and outgoing mail, answering phone calls and responding to queries. They will also be required to maintain accurate records and perform data entry tasks. The successful candidate will have a positive attitude, be flexible and able to work within a fast-paced environment.

In return, we offer a competitive salary of £20,000 - £25,000 per annum, 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays and birthday leave, contributory pension scheme and ongoing access to supervision and occupational health services.
