About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced dentist to join our team as a Lead Associate Dentist. As a key member of our clinical team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality dental care to patients, while also contributing to the development and implementation of clinical policies and procedures.

Job Description

As a Lead Associate Dentist, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing high-quality dental care to patients, with a focus on clinical excellence and patient satisfaction
  • Contributing to the development and implementation of clinical policies and procedures
  • Working closely with experienced clinicians and support staff to deliver exceptional patient care

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is around £70,000-£90,000 per annum, based on your skills and experience. In addition to the salary, we offer a range of benefits, including flexible working arrangements, CPD opportunities, and a range of 'win-together' rewards that recognize individual and team performance.

Requirements

  • Degree in Dentistry from a recognized university
  • Registration with the General Dental Council (GDC)
  • Experience in primary care dentistry, preferably in a similar setting
