Salary and BenefitsThe successful candidate will receive an attractive package, including an annual salary of up to £60,000, a joining bonus (terms and conditions apply), 35 days of annual leave, including bank holidays, and a contributory pension scheme with flexible retirement options.
Job DescriptionAs a Pharmacy Manager, you will be responsible for delivering a comprehensive pharmacy service that includes advising consultants, clinicians, and patients on the safe and effective use of medicines. You will also ensure compliance with current legislation and professional standards in medicine management, and promote a patient-focused, multidisciplinary approach to healthcare delivery.

To be successful in this role, you will require:
- GPhC registration with no restrictions.
- At least 3 years of post-graduation experience in a hospital environment.
- Ability to analyse clinical and management problems and devise solutions.
- Experience working in multidisciplinary teams and influencing evidence-based practice.
- Experience in clinical leadership and developing peers.
