Salary: £35,000-£45,000 per annum
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Primary Care Advanced Nurse Practitioner to join our dedicated team at a reputable GP surgery in Oxford. As a key member of our clinical team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and providing expert advice on nurse-led treatment for patients with chronic conditions.
The practice has a strong commitment to patient-centred care and offers excellent support for professional development. Our experienced team includes nurses, ANPs, and GPs who work collaboratively to provide comprehensive care to patients with chronic conditions.
As a Primary Care Advanced Nurse Practitioner, you will be responsible for developing treatment plans, leading the clinical team, and providing expert advice on cervical cytology, immunisation and vaccination, travel health, acute and chronic wound management, and EMIS Web practice software.
