About the Role

The role of a Substance Misuse Team Leader at Sanctuary Personnel Ltd involves leading a dynamic team in delivering Dependency and Recovery Services to adult males under probation supervision. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of practitioners, ensuring smooth project delivery, and promoting the services within probation offices.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop strong relationships with colleagues in Probation Delivery Units, promote the service, and offer substance misuse awareness training.
  2. Support direct reports with their development needs through regular line management and probation reviews.
  3. Manage team performance to maintain a positive working environment, working with HR and the Service Manager to address any concerns.
  4. Oversee effective management of assigned areas, ensuring targets and deadlines are met.
  5. Compile service rotas and ensure staff are based at probation units.
