About the Role:

We are seeking a talented and compassionate individual to join our team as an Apprentice Youth Worker. As an Apprentice Youth Worker, you will be responsible for developing and leading youth programs that promote emotional, spiritual, and physical wellbeing among young people.

Main Duties:

  • Develop and lead midweek youth club to communicate Jesus to young people.
  • Plan and lead away days, residentials, and festival experiences.
  • Recruit and lead volunteers to ensure program objectives are met.

Requirements:

  • A committed Christian with a passion for youth ministry.
  • GCSE Maths & English grade C or above.
  • Youth and Community Work Qualification.
  • Basic food hygiene level 3.
  • First Aid certificate.

Estimated Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum
