Job Summary:

We are seeking a Community Care Coordinator to join our team at Age UK. The estimated salary for this role is £26,000 - £31,000 per annum, depending on experience. As a Community Care Coordinator, you will have the opportunity to work with older people across Bromley and Greenwich, providing them with high-quality advice on welfare benefits, care provision, and legal matters.

Your key responsibilities will include delivering benefits assessments, assisting clients with claims and appeals, and helping them access the support they need. You will also be required to maintain accurate records, support our volunteer advisers, and conduct outreach in the community as needed.
