  • Assisting with event planning, coordination, and execution to deliver high-quality experiences for attendees.
  • Providing exceptional customer service, ensuring visitors feel welcome and engaged throughout their experience.
  • Collaborating with colleagues to develop and implement innovative community engagement strategies.
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports to support project evaluation and improvement.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A strong background in customer-facing roles, event planning, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.
  • Proven problem-solving and adaptability skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable working in a team-oriented setting, with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
  • A DBS check may be required for certain aspects of the role.
