Job Title: Community Wellbeing Worker

Job Summary: We are seeking a passionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Community Wellbeing Worker. The successful candidate will work with individuals who require extra care support needs to maintain their overall wellbeing.

Responsibilities:

  • Support clients with personal care and domestic tasks
  • Empower individuals to be happy, healthy, and successful in achieving their life goals
  • Encourage independence and community engagement

Requirements:

  • Qualification in Health and Social Care (Level 2 or 3)
  • Experience working with individuals with disabilities or mental health needs
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Benefits:

  • Salary range: £23,000 - £29,000 per annum
  • 20 days annual leave plus 8 statutory days
  • Extensive free training and enrolment on Level 2 or 3 Health and Social Care Diploma
