Front Office Coordinator

We're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Front Office Coordinator to join our team at The Bamford Collection. As the first point of contact for our guests, you'll provide exceptional service and support to ensure their experience is seamless.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Providing consistently friendly and professional service to all guests
- Anticipating guest needs and exceeding expectations by being proactive in assisting with requests
- Becoming proficient in operating various systems, including PMS, ResDiary, MindBody, and Microsoft Office
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless service and guest experience across the business
- Processing payments accurately and confidently, maintaining discretion
- Maintaining a positive and energetic attitude, contributing to a pleasant working atmosphere
- Adapting to a wide range of duties, including administrative and operational tasks
- Ensuring front office areas are kept clean and tidy throughout shifts
- Being punctual and impeccably groomed for every shift
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Exceptional communication skills
- Proactive luxury customer service
- Strong time management abilities
- A valid UK driving license
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office
