**Responsibilities**:
**First Line HR Support**: Be the go-to person for all general HR queries, providing timely and effective assistance to employees.

**Payroll Assistance**: Aid in the monthly payroll processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

**Recruitment Support**: Assist in various recruitment activities to attract top talent and contribute to a seamless onboarding process.

**Onboarding Excellence**: Coordinate and enhance the onboarding experience, ensuring new hires feel welcomed and supported from day one.

**Records Management**: Create and maintain meticulous personnel files, keeping all employee data organised and up to date.

**Compliance Assurance**: Ensure compliance by maintaining updated DBS checks, references, and necessary employee documentation.

**Training Management**: Oversee employee training programs, track completion, and conduct audits to ensure compliance with CPD requirements.

**Process Optimization**: Collaborate on building and maintaining robust HR and H&S processes, aligning with ISO27001 and FCA compliance standards.

**Absence Management**: Administer and manage absence (holiday and sickness) records efficiently.

**Procurement Support**: Assist in procurement related to HR, H&S, facilities, and office needs.

**Annual Processes**: Support annual processes such as performance reviews, training initiatives, and employee surveys.

**Skills and Qualifications**:
At least 2 years experience in HR Admin/Co-Ordinator position

Ideally qualified to CIPD Level 3

Excellent administration and organisational skills as you will be working under your own initiative.

Excellent communication and verbal skills is necessary as you will be dealing with internal stakeholders on a daily basis.

Good working knowledge of Office 365, including Teams and Sharepoint.

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: £20.51 per hour
