Pension Risk Transfer Associate Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Pension Risk Transfer Associate Director to join our team at BCT Resourcing. As a key member of our Pension Risk Transfer team, you will be responsible for working on buy-ins and buyouts, longevity swaps, superfunds, and third-party capital transactions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement pension risk transfer strategies for clients
  • Work closely with clients to understand their pension scheme requirements and goals
  • Collaborate with internal teams to provide expert advice on pension risk transfer solutions
  • Manage and lead client relationships to deliver high-quality results
Requirements:
  • FIA qualified with post-qualification experience
  • Proven experience in pensions risk transfer activities
  • Strong delegation skills and ability to coach and mentor junior pensions actuaries
