Job OverviewThis Support Worker role is based at Aldeburgh House in West Mersea, where you'll have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our service users. You'll work across various shift patterns, including early, late, weekend, or night shifts.
Key Responsibilities- Support service users with daily tasks, such as personal care and medication management.
- Help service users to participate in leisure and social activities, promoting their independence and well-being.
- Communicate effectively with service users, considering their individual communication needs and preferences.
To succeed as a Support Worker, you'll need:
- A caring and compassionate nature.
- The ability to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
