We're seeking talented individuals who share our passion for supporting people with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs. As a Support Worker, you'll be part of a dynamic team that delivers exceptional care and helps individuals achieve their goals.

Job Summary

This role involves working as part of a multi-disciplinary team to provide person-centred support to individuals in their daily lives. You'll work closely with colleagues to deliver holistic care that addresses physical, emotional, and psychological needs.

Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • You'll need excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with individuals, families, and other professionals.
  • A strong understanding of learning disability, autism, and complex needs would be beneficial, as well as experience of working in a similar role.
  • Flexibility is essential, as you'll work across various shift patterns, including early, late, weekend, or night shifts, with full-time and part-time positions available.

You'll receive a competitive hourly rate of £11.94 per hour and have access to ongoing wellbeing support, including confidential telephone counselling and an Employee Assistance Programme.
