Salary

The salary for this role is £22 per annum, plus generous annual leave and pension scheme contributions.

Job Description

This is an incredibly rewarding opportunity for a compassionate individual with experience working with people with disabilities. As a Community Support Worker, you will support our members in achieving their goals, maximising their independence and wellbeing.

You'll carry out risk assessments, identify needs, and respond to queries to better co-ordinate services. Providing a member-led service, you'll collaborate on delivering specialist interventions, wellbeing programmes, rehabilitation events, and other activities.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience working with people with disabilities to maximise independence and wellbeing
  • Experience and knowledge of completing comprehensive, holistic assessments
  • Delivering remote and face-to-face services
  • Using assessment tools and action plans
  • Safeguarding concerns identification and policy compliance
  • A relevant Level 4 qualification or equivalent experience
